About Trustee Seibert

Seibert graduated with his Bachelor of Science in public affairs from the O’Neill School in May 2023 and will continue as a Master of Public Affairs student in fall 2023. He hopes to work in higher education after graduating from the program.

As IU student body president during the 2022-23 academic year, Seibert focused on improving safety, inclusion and well-being for the more than 40,000 students on IU Bloomington’s campus. He has also served as a committee member for the IU Civic Leaders Center and a resident assistant and has been highly engaged in IU Bloomington’s seven-year strategic planning process as a representative on three working groups for IUB 2030.

In his role as Student Trustee, Trustee Seibert will represent students across all of IU’s campuses, convening the All-University Student Association, which facilitates discussion of university-wide student issues.
